I have mentioned that I am having a dinner party on Sunday night.
A few of you have asked me what is on the menu so I thought I would share.
Hummus and Pita Chips
Chinese Cabbage Salad
Cream of Cauliflower Soup
Zesty Lemon Quinoa
*There will be no sugar used in any of these dishes or desserts. The chicken will be cage free and free from hormones and antibiotics. In addition, some of the vegetables will be organic. Alas, the pita chips will be store bought. I figured the guests needed some preservatives!
